Job Summary:
All Medical Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. The Dentist will diagnose and treat oral health issues, provide preventative care, and educate patients on maintaining good dental hygiene. This role requires excellent clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Examine patients' teeth, gums, and oral structures to identify problems such as cavities, gum disease, or other abnormalities. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans, including restorative, surgical, and preventative procedures. Perform dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and cosmetic enhancements. Prescribe medications as needed, including antibiotics and pain relievers. Utilize diagnostic tools such as X-rays, 3D imaging, and other dental technologies. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Active state Dental license in state of practice. Strong technical and clinical skills with attention to detail and precision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with patients. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Apply For This Job
