Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network , has a need for an Associate Dentist with a well-established DPO. Come practice in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio!
Job Details:
Come join a well -established DSO that has 1 full time Dentist- Seeking a Full Time Dentist that has experience! Mon-Fri schedule 6 month Daily guarantee with 35% of collections Full ancillary staff for support Health, dental, vision, 401K Partnership available! Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize advanced dental technology such as digital radiography and medical imaging to diagnose and plan treatments effectively. Execute specialized procedures like root canal therapy, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry when applicable. Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office standards. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed through aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term wellness. Skills Proficiency in dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, charting, and record management. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical records management. Experience with dental fabrication techniques and general dentistry procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. Expertise in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately while providing clear explanations of treatments. Knowledge of infection control standards including aseptic technique and sterilization processes to ensure safety for patients and staff.
Pay:
$200,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
