Sign-on/Relocation Bonus Pay:
$235,200.00 + Annual amount (Based on 49 workweeks, 4 days @ $1,200/ day minimum)

  • We are seeking a dedicated, skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our supportive and high-performing dental team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Provide a range of general dental services.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean clinical environment.
  • Educate patients on oral health care, preventive measures, and treatment options tailored to their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the dental clinic.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documenting medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes using appropriate medical terminology.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Valid DEA license.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • 2-5 years' experience preferred, but not required.
  • Looking for someone who has a great attitude, flexible and adaptable.

$235,200.00 per year
