Flexible Schedule:
Part-time schedule, 2 days per week , including Fridays and one additional flexible day , customized per doctor to accommodate individual needs and patient flow.
Advanced Technology & Clinical Capabilities:
We employ a modern digital workflow to ensure clinical excellence: Digital X-rays, CBCT, Digital scanner, Electric handpieces. Modern digital workflow with Open Dental.
Compensation & Benefits:
Daily Guarantee:
$700/day during the initial credentialing period. (the first 3-4 months)
Production Compensation:
30% of collections after the credentialing period.
Part-Time Earnings Potential:
$100,000-$200,000+ per year. Lab fees paid by employer (except Invisalign shared cost). Mentorship and collaboration with experienced doctor. Requirements We welcome new graduates and all experience levels. The ideal candidate demonstrates our core values of Integrity, Quality, Compassion, and Communication. Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Valid state dental license (Pennsylvania license required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Location Washington Pike Dental is located in Bridgeville, PA , just outside Pittsburgh.
