Job Description

Lead the Clinical Team at a Practice Built for Comprehensive Care We are hiring a Lead General Dentist to head clinical care at our Malvern Location. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at an established, specialist-supported office on Philadelphia's Main Line — with earning potential of $200,000 to $250,000+ based on production. If you've ever been frustrated by referring out the cases you actually want to treat, read on. Why Dentists Choose Us Specialty support under one roof. Our practice includes other specialist expertise. Implants, grafting, and complex perio cases stay in-house — which means you build comprehensive, full-arch and restorative treatment plans instead of shipping them across town. More case acceptance. More production. Better outcomes for patients. Real earning upside. Compensation is production-based with a strong floor. Your work directly drives your income — no ceiling artificially capping a motivated clinician. Clinical autonomy. You set the standard of care. No corporate quotas, no scripted treatment plans, no one overruling your clinical judgment. An established patient base. You're not building from zero. You'll step into an active schedule in one of the most desirable communities in the Philadelphia region. A team that runs well. Experienced hygienists, assistants, and front office staff who know the practice and know their patients.
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive general and restorative dentistry: crowns, bridges, endo, extractions, fixed and removable prosthetics Diagnose and present complete treatment plans, coordinating with our specialty team on implant and periodontal cases Serve as the clinical lead — mentoring team members and setting protocols and standards of care Build lasting relationships with patients and the surrounding community Partner with ownership on clinical workflow, technology, and practice growth
What We're Looking For:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Pennsylvania dental license (or license-eligible, with the ability to obtain before start date) Strong restorative and clinical skills — 3+ years of practice experience preferred, though we'll consider an exceptional recent graduate or
AEGD/GPR
