Outpatient General Dentistry role within stable and structured community healthcare organization Bread-and-butter dentistry opportunity with full clinical and administrative support staff Stable weekday-only schedule designed to support work-life balance and continuity of care Community-focused practice emphasizing efficiency, patient relationships, and structured workflows Historic Central Pennsylvania location with access to Harrisburg and surrounding communitiesCOMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$165,000- $180,000 Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000 Relocation assistance available up to $10,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule Standard hours: 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM Wednesday late clinic: 9:00 AM
- 7:30 PM No weekends required No call responsibilities ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient general dentistry services Deliver preventative and restorative dental treatment plans Maintain patient-centered documentation and continuity of care Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff Support accessible and community-focused oral healthcare services
