Job Description

Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Periodontist to join our multi-specialty dental practice in Lancaster, PA. The ideal candidate will bring a commitment to providing exceptional periodontal care and a passion for patient education. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat periodontal disease using both non-surgical and surgical methods. Perform advanced periodontal procedures, including scaling and root planning, bone grafting, tissue regeneration, and dental implant placement. Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs. Educate patients on periodontal health, maintenance, and prevention strategies. Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists within the practice for comprehensive patient care. Stay current with advancements in periodontics through continuing education and professional development. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Requirements Qualifications:
DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school. Certificate in Periodontics from a recognized program. Board certification or eligibility preferred. Valid Pennsylvania dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date). Proficiency in periodontal surgical techniques and dental implant placement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to high-quality patient care and ethical practice.
