Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a part time dentist to join our client's private practice . This can be a full time or part time, depending on preference. The office is located just 10 minutes south of Pittsburgh. This is a very reputable office with state of the art equipment and an amazing team. They only accept some PPOs and the rest is fee for service. They have a busy patient base already developed and many new patients each month. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
  • Perform various dental procedures general dentistry procedures.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain infection control and ensure patient safety.
  • Take and interpret vital signs as part of the patient assessment process.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software, documenting treatments and progress.
  • Educate patients on oral health care practices and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dental technology, including CAD systems for restorative procedures.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and practice protocols regarding infection control. Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • A couple of years of experience OR residency required.
