Oral Surgeon Opportunity - Reading, PA An established, high-volume dental practice, with a DSO, in the Reading, PA area is seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join a collaborative and growing team. This opportunity offers the ability to provide high-quality surgical care in a supportive clinical environment. Position Highlights Established and thriving practice Strong referral network High patient demand Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunity for professional growth Key Responsibilities Perform surgical extractions Place dental implants Complete bone grafting procedures Diagnose and evaluate oral & maxillofacial conditions Develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients and families on procedures and post-op care Collaborate with general dentists and specialists Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation Stay current with advancements in oral surgery techniques Participate in continuing education Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Pennsylvania Dental License (or ability to obtain) Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Proficiency in a broad range of oral surgery procedures Strong communication and patient-centered care skills Commitment to clinical excellence and continued learning Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation structure Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Continuing education support Professional development opportunities Team-oriented, supportive work environment Why Reading, PA?
