About Our Practice:
We are a dental practice dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical results in a high-end setting. Our team is committed to excellence, combining clinical expertise with concierge-level service. We are seeking a polished, dual-skilled Treatment Coordinator and Dental Assistant who can work with patients chairside, but is also involved with financial discussions. This position includes phone communication, scheduling, and patient coordination. In our office, we feel cross-training is vital and are seeking an individual that wants to grow, learn and work with a highly trained team. Our office is open Monday - Thursday 7:30-3:30.Role Summary:
This is a hybrid role ideal for a dynamic, highly organized professional with both clinical and administrative expertise. You will mainly support the doctor and patients during consults, but will also learn to manage patient interactions at the front desk—primarily over the phone and in person. A confident, calming presence and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this position.Key Responsibilities:
Treatment Coordination/Dental Assisting Assist the dentist with cosmetic and general dental consultations Prepare and sterilize instruments, materials, and treatment rooms Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos Provide financial information for treatment planning Ensure a seamless and elevated patient experience in the operatory Coordinate treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements clearly and confidentlyQualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Current radiography license Minimum 2 years of dental office experience Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure in a dental environmentWhat We Offer:
