Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network , has a need for an Associate Dentist with a well-established DSO. Come work in Anderson, SC!
Job Details:
Mon-Fri work week General Dentistry- prefer experienced Dentist Full benefits offered! 6 month daily guarantee with % of net production PPO/FFS Duties Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions. Perform specialized procedures such as root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients. Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations. Prepare detailed medical documentation and update electronic health records using software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance patient comfort and procedural efficiency. Use medical imaging tools for diagnosis and treatment planning while demonstrating knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology. Manage dental fabrication processes for crowns, bridges, or dentures as needed within the clinic setting. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to medical records, HIPAA privacy standards, and infection control procedures. Qualifications Active license to practice dentistry in the relevant jurisdiction with valid credentials. Proven experience in general dentistry; prior dental office or clinic experience is highly preferred. Proficiency in dental software platforms such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for charting and record management. Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, including pediatric patient care and behavior management techniques. Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Familiarity with infection control practices, aseptic techniques, medical imaging technology, and anatomy knowledge. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures using clear dental terminology. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Pay:
$170,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
