Licensed Dentist Needed for Clinic in Florence, SC 29501

Locum Position :

Temporary Dentist Facility :

Florence, SC 29501

Dates :

June 25-26, July 2

Hours :

8am-5pm

Clinical Staff :

1 RDH 3 DA Required procedures : extractions and dentures Additional requirements/ info : extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to): Perform basic surgical procedures Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures

Contract Details:

Compensation:

$1200 per day

Overtime Rate:

$225 per hour

Malpractice Insurance:

Provided Travel & Lodging Expenses:

Covered if necessary (negotiable)

Requirements:

Updated Curriculum Vitae Professional SC License Active SC DEA Certificate required (Complete schedules required) Active SC Controlled Substance Registration required Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a dentist. How to
