Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Dentist to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, confident in comprehensive dentistry, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions Perform routine and restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions Develop comprehensive treatment plans and educate patients on oral health Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on comfort and communication Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure efficient patient flow Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active State Dental License & DEA License Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures Extractions (simple and surgical) Crown & Bridge Endodontics (Root Canals) iTero scanning Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience What We Offer $150,000 minimum annual salary - move to higher earnings through collections Health benefits available for team members working 20+ hours/week Paid malpractice insurance 401(k) with immediate eligibility Annual CE Allowance + In-house Continuing Education opportunities Location Fort Mill, South Carolina is a fast-growing community offering excellent schools, vibrant dining and entertainment, and convenient access to the greater Charlotte area.
