A well-established private practice is seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our thriving, patient-centered practice in Rapid City. We are looking for a long-term clinical partner to help us continue providing exceptional care to our rapidly growing community. Financials:

35% of collections with a guaranteed $12k monthly base, plus IRA matching

Associate Dentist Requirements:

Degree in dental medicine or dental surgery Valid state license to practice dentistry Strong knowledge of dental issues, diseases, and conditions The ability to utilize various dental equipment and instruments Excellent communication skills Great organization and time management Attention to detail Compassion and understanding
