Make a Difference in Oral Health Complete Health is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Dentist to join our dental team. This is an opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry while improving access to care for underserved individuals and families throughout western South Dakota. Position Summary Our Dentists provide comprehensive oral healthcare services to patients of all ages in a community health center setting. This role includes diagnosing and treating dental disease, developing treatment plans, delivering preventive and restorative care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dental services for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and patient education Deliver preventive, restorative, surgical, and emergency dental services Provide fixed and removable prosthodontics and basic endodontic treatment Review medical histories and coordinate care with medical providers when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, medical providers, and behavioral health staff Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives Support CHCBH's mission of providing accessible care to underserved and vulnerable populations Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and safety standards Why Join Complete Health? Requirements:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Current South Dakota dental license or ability to obtain licensure Current DEA registration and CSR licensure as required Current CPR certification Strong commitment to patient-centered care and community health Preferred Experience practicing in a community health center, public health, rural health, or general practice setting Experience treating diverse and underserved patient populations One or more years of clinical experience following residency or graduation
