The office has a substantial established patient base and enough demand to support a productive full-time provider. The successful candidate must be comfortable practicing independently, as daily on-site dentist mentorship is limited. Clinical Responsibilities Diagnose and treat patients across a comprehensive general dentistry scope Develop appropriate, patient-centered treatment plans Perform restorative dentistry, including crown and bridge procedures Complete routine extractions and basic surgical procedures Provide cosmetic and prosthodontic dental services Restore dental implants Conduct hygiene examinations Educate patients regarding treatment options and oral health Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff Establish lasting relationships within a close-knit community Experience placing implants, performing endodontic procedures, or completing advanced surgical dentistry is preferred but not required.
