Locum General Dentist Facility :

Dates :

May 26-29

Hours :

Tues-Thurs 8am-5:30pm | Fri 8am-1pm

Clinical Staff :

4 DA, 1 RDH Required procedures : dentures, extractions, implants Additional requirements/ info : extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to): Perform basic surgical procedures Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures

Contract Details:

Compensation:

$1200 per day

Overtime Rate:

$225 per hour

Malpractice Insurance:

Provided Travel & Lodging Expenses:

Covered if necessary (negotiable)

Requirements:

Updated Curriculum Vitae Professional TN License Active TN DEA Certificate required (Complete schedules required) Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a dentist. How to
