What We Offer Competitive signing bonus Guaranteed competitive daily rate plus a percentage of collections, providing both income stability and strong earning potential Performance bonuses and opportunities for career advancement, leadership, and long-term professional growth Experienced clinical and administrative support staff, including treatment coordinators and orthodontic assistants Modern technology, including digital scanners, advanced imaging, and a fully equipped clinical environment A collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on delivering exceptional care Responsibilities Diagnose and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans for patients of all ages Provide a full range of orthodontic services, including traditional braces, clear aligner therapy, and other orthodontic appliances Conduct new patient examinations, consultations, and records reviews Monitor treatment progress and make adjustments to achieve optimal clinical outcomes Collaborate with and support the clinical team to maintain high standards of patient care Build strong relationships with patients and families through excellent communication and compassionate care Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program Active dental license (or ability to obtain licensure in the practicing state) Board-certified or board-eligible preferred Strong clinical judgment and commitment to exceptional patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship and support are available Ready for Your Next Opportunity?
