Four-day clinical workweek, Monday through

Join a well-established, privately owned endodontic specialty practice with a strong referral base and a conservative, patient-first philosophy.
Ideal Work Environment:
Dedicated endodontic practice with four operatories, CBCT/3D imaging, surgical operating microscopes, and a fully digital workflow.
Culture & Support, Support & Networking:
Work alongside an experienced specialty team with strong relationships throughout the Middle Tennessee dental community and support from experienced dental assistants.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation, Competitive Salary, Compensation, Financial Package:
Collections-based compensation beginning at 45% of collections, with the opportunity to increase to 50% based on performance. A daily guarantee is available during the initial ramp-up period.

Enhanced compensation opportunity through the tiered collections model, with additional bonus opportunities

$50,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications Degree:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
Certifications:
Endodontic specialty training required. Board certification or board eligibility is preferred but not required.
Licensure:
Active or eligible dental license in Tennessee.
Skillset:
Strong endodontic clinical skills with an ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered specialty care.
Experience:
Experience as an Endodontist is preferred; strong new graduates completing endodontic training will also be considered. About the
