We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthodontist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in orthodontic treatment, with a passion for improving patients' smiles and overall oral health. As an Orthodontist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, developing treatment plans, and executing orthodontic procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values excellence in patient care and professional growth. Duties Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations, including patient assessment and diagnosis of malocclusions and dental irregularities. Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing advanced orthodontic techniques and appliances such as braces, aligners, and retainers. Perform orthodontic procedures with precision, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Monitor patient progress regularly through dental imaging, medical documentation, and clinical examinations. Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive dental care, including oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry when necessary. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental terminology standards. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, treatment expectations, and post-treatment care instructions. Ensure the dental office environment adheres to all safety standards, including infection control measures and medical records management. Skills Proficiency in dental software sfor scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning. Strong knowledge of orthodontic appliances, dental fabrication techniques, and root canal therapy procedures. Experience with pediatric dentistry principles and treating pediatric patients is highly desirable. Excellent understanding of anatomy knowledge relevant to orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning. Ability to perform dental extractions safely when required for orthodontic purposes. Familiarity with medical imaging technology used for diagnosis and treatment monitoring. Exceptional patient care skills with the ability to communicate complex medical terminology clearly and compassionately. Knowledge of infection control protocols, aseptic technique, and HIPAA compliance standards within a dental clinic setting. Demonstrated experience in general dentistry procedures alongside specialized orthodontic treatments enhances patient outcomes.
