Part-Time Join a Growing Private Dental Practice We are looking for a confident, motivated, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our private practice every Wednesday and Thursday (to be discussed). This is a great opportunity for a dentist looking for a consistent part-time schedule with an established team, clinical autonomy, and the ability to earn beyond the daily guarantee based on performance.

provide excellent dentistry, treat patients ethically, and create an environment where our doctor and team can succeed together. What You'll Be Doing You will provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages, including: Comprehensive and limited exams Diagnosis and treatment planning Restorative dentistry Crowns and bridges Fillings Routine and surgical extractions within your comfort level Root canal therapy within your comfort level Emergency dental treatment Collaboration with our hygiene team on comprehensive patient care We want our associate dentist to have clinical autonomy while maintaining the high standard of care our patients expect. Compensation & Opportunity We offer a $600

• 800 daily guarantee , depending on experience and qualifications.

This position also includes a performance-based compensation structure that provides the opportunity to earn above the daily guarantee. As your schedule and patient base grow, so does your earning potential. What We're Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Texas dental license in good standing Current DEA registration, as applicable Current BLS/CPR certification Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills Comfortable performing general restorative dentistry Excellent patient communication and chairside manner Dependable and able to consistently work Wednesdays and Thursdays (to be discussed) Team-oriented with strong communication skills Open Dental experience is a plus Experience is preferred, but we are most interested in finding the right long-term fit for our practice and patients.
