Ethos Modern Dental is seeking a part-time associate dentist to join a modern, patient-centered practice focused on clinical excellence, ethics, and accountability .. What You'll Do Diagnose and comprehensively treatment plan patient needs Perform general dentistry (restorative, crowns, extractions, etc.) Experience or training in advanced procedures is a major plus (implants, surgical extractions, endo, Ortho, clear aligners, etc.) Confidently present and explain treatment to patients Take ownership of cases and deliver high-quality outcomes Growth Opportunity Work alongside a GP who performs advanced procedures Exposure to more complex cases and treatment planning Opportunity to grow into a full-time role What We're Looking For DDS/DMD with active Texas license Strong clinical foundation and attention to detail Comfortable with treatment planning and case presentation Motivated, growth-oriented, and accountable Experience or training in advanced procedures is a major plus (implants, surgical extractions, endo, Ortho, clear aligners, etc.)

Schedule:

Part-time (1-3 days/week, flexible), with a clear pathway, for right candidate, to a full-time position as the practice grows. Compensation High daily guarantee + production-based compensation Compensation is flexible based on the clinical skill, treatment planning ability, and production Modern, fully digital office (CBCT, advanced workflows) Strong team and clinical support
