Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network , has a need for an Associate Dentist with a well-established DPO. Located in El Paso, TX!
Job Details:
Join 3 Dentists in a busy practice, need is due to volume 5 day work week Opportunity for ownership General Dentistry- prefer implant placement and molar endo, not required Robust CE program that is free for Dentists Earn $200,000+ in year one Responsibilities Deliver high-quality general dentistry services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions. Perform specialized procedures such as root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical history, dental charts, and radiographs to develop effective treatment plans. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients. Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and safety. Document all medical and dental records meticulously within electronic health record systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties to provide innovative care. Requirements Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist. Proven experience in general dentistry and familiarity with dental office operations. Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for charting and documentation. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control standards, and medical imaging techniques. Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics procedures, and oral surgery is highly desirable. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment plans clearly. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management practices.
Pay:
$200,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
