What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Provide high-quality general dentistry, including restorations, crowns, bridges, extractions, and preventive care. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and goals. Educate patients about their oral health, treatment options, and preventive care. Provide comfortable, compassionate care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety. Administer local anesthesia and perform appropriate dental procedures safely and efficiently. Utilize Eaglesoft for clinical documentation, scheduling, treatment planning, and patient management. Work closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and the administrative team to provide a seamless patient experience. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records. Follow HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, sterilization, and all applicable state and federal regulations. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development. What We're Looking For DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active state dental license or eligibility for licensure. Strong clinical foundation in comprehensive general dentistry. Experience with restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, extractions, and treatment planning. Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred. Additional experience in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, implant dentistry, or oral surgery is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach. Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality dentistry. A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a positive practice culture. Commitment to ethical, evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care. $151,214.78 - $240,108.11 per year
