Established, rapidly growing practice with an outstanding reputation Strong and consistent new patient flow Immediate production opportunities Highly productive schedule with excellent earning potential State-of-the-art digital workflow featuring: CBCT Intraoral scanners Photogrammetry In-house 3D printing Digital implant planning Guided surgery technology Modern operatories with advanced equipment Experienced hygiene, clinical, and administrative teams Highly trained assistants dedicated to maximizing doctor productivity Collaborative, positive, patient-centered culture Mentorship in advanced implant surgery and full-arch rehabilitation Continuing education support Long-term career growth and leadership opportunities Your Responsibilities As a doctor in our practice, you will: Deliver exceptional comprehensive dental care Perform thorough examinations and comprehensive treatment planning Build long-term relationships with patients through outstanding communication and clinical excellence Educate patients regarding treatment options and oral health Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient care Help create an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment completion Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on clinical excellence Clinical Scope Our doctors enjoy practicing a wide variety of procedures, including: Comprehensive examinations Treatment planning Restorative dentistry Crown and bridge Surgical and routine extractions Implant placement and restoration Bone grafting and socket preservation Sinus augmentation (experience preferred) Endodontic therapy (molar endodontics preferred) Cosmetic dentistry Full-mouth rehabilitation Implant-supported fixed and removable prosthetics Digital workflows utilizing CBCT, intraoral scanning, photogrammetry, and in-house 3D printing Dentists with experience in implant surgery, complex restorative dentistry, digital workflows, and comprehensive treatment planning are especially encouraged to apply. Compensation & Benefits Up to 32% of collections Expected annual earnings of $300,000
  • 500,000 Immediate production from an established patient base Clinical autonomy Modern technology and equipment Continuing education support Mentorship from experienced implant clinicians Paid malpractice insurance Flexible scheduling Outstanding clinical and administrative support Long-term career growth opportunities Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Texas dental license (or eligibility for Texas licensure) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred Implant placement experience strongly preferred Molar endodontic experience is a plus Excellent communication and treatment presentation skills Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment planning abilities Commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards About the Practice We believe exceptional dentistry starts with exceptional people.
