Job Description

Piedmont Regional Dental Clinic is one of Virginia's largest nonprofit dental clinics, serving thousands of patients annually. Our team is committed to improving oral health and expanding access to care for individuals and families who might otherwise go without treatment. Providers enjoy a collaborative work environment, modern technology, experienced support staff, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients every day.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time General Dentist to help meet the growing demand for care in our community. The General Dentist is responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions while promoting preventive care and oral health education. This position serves a diverse patient population, with a particular focus on providing high-quality dental care to low-income children and adults who are covered by Medicaid or are uninsured.

The General Dentist works collaboratively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient care, positive patient experiences, and efficient clinic operations. This position offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry in a mission-driven environment while helping improve access to essential oral healthcare for underserved individuals and families.

This position is ideal for a dentist seeking a flexible schedule, a strong clinical support team, and the opportunity to focus on patient care without the pressures of private practice ownership.
