Part-Time Associate Orthodontist All Star Orthodontics - 2.8 Richmond, VA Job Details Part-time $1,100 - $1,300 a day 22 hours ago Qualifications Dentistry Teamwork Doctoral degree Dental License Orthodontics Patient interaction Full Job Description All Star Orthodontics is seeking a Part-Time Associate Orthodontist to join our established Richmond practice one to two days per week, with potential for future growth. This position offers the chance to work alongside board-certified orthodontist Dr. Matt Cline and an experienced team in a collaborative private practice focused on excellent clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience. Dr. Cline is a board-certified orthodontist who incorporates current technology and treatment approaches while providing personalized care for each patient. For the right associate, this position offers the flexibility of a part-time schedule within a collaborative private-practice environment, along with the opportunity for the role to grow over time. The Role As an Associate Orthodontist, you will: Evaluate new and existing patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide comprehensive orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults Manage treatment with braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic treatment options Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment as clinically appropriate Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and progress with patients and families Collaborate with Dr. Cline and our clinical team to maintain consistent standards of care Maintain complete and accurate patient records Help ensure every patient and family feels informed, comfortable, and confident in their care What We're Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program Active Virginia dental license or ability to obtain Virginia licensure Strong clinical judgment and treatment-planning skills Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills A collaborative approach to working with doctors and team members Commitment to delivering high-quality, individualized orthodontic care Previous orthodontic practice experience is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates at different stages of their orthodontic careers.
