Dailypensation of $1,000-$4,000 — structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production

We are actively seeking a dentist with significant hands-on oral surgery experience to join our dental team on a PRN basis. This role is open to dentists who perform third molar andplex surgical extractions with confidence and have the clinical volume to back it up. If you are a dentist with strong oral surgery proficiency looking for a flexible PRN day, we provide the dental team, the equipment, and the patients.
Responsibilities
Our dental oral surgery practice has:
DentaPro software
Digital x-ray and Panorex units
Dedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery procedures
Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
Dentist (Oral Surgery) responsibilities include:
Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases
Complete surgical andplex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate
Work efficiently within our dental office environment with trained clinical staff
Upholdpliant, patient-centered oral surgery care standards
Qualifications
We expect our dental oral surgery provider to have:
DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
Demonstrated advanced oral surgery experience as a general dentist — significant hands-on volume performingplex and surgical extractions
Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials
Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care to underserved dental patients
