Job Description

Associate Dentist Pay:
$150,000.00 -$350,000+ per year Join our thriving, modern family dental practice in beautiful Williston, Vermont. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated dentist to become part of our growing team. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed daily rate for the first 6 months Transition to a percentage-of-collections compensation model with unlimited earning potential Possible sign-on and/or relocation bonus Housing assistance available Health insurance Employee discount / free dental Flexible scheduling Full-time, Part-time, and Per-Diem opportunities available Qualifications D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a CODA-accredited dental school Vermont dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
AEGD/GPR
preferred or minimum 2 years of clinical experience Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred Experience placing implants, performing endodontic procedures, surgical extractions, and removable prosthodontics is highly preferred What You'll Do Provide comprehensive general dentistry for patients of all ages Diagnose and treat oral health conditions Develop and present treatment plans Perform restorative procedures, extractions, root canals, and other general dental treatments Educate patients on oral health and preventive care Utilize digital diagnostics and modern dental technology We are looking for a patient-focused professional who values clinical excellence, teamwork, and delivering exceptional care to the community we serve.
