Our practice is built around thoughtful, comprehensive care—we maintain strong production while avoiding a high-volume or corporate feel. This is a strong opportunity to step into a productive, well-established schedule right away. Our current associate produces over $5,500/day, and their patients and treatment will transition directly to you.

About the practice:

Comprehensive general dentistry with focus on implants, cosmetics, TMJ, and orthodontics A productive, unhurried environment with a focus on quality over volume. Technology-forward (CEREC Primescan with in-house milling, CBCT, SprintRay 3D printing, Voice Charting) Experienced, supportive and stable team with long tenure Patient base that values high-quality, relationship-based care What we're looking for: Excellent skills with bread-and-butter dentistry Efficient and calm clinician in all situations Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence Comfortable performing molar endodontics a plus

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time available

Compensation:

30%-33% of production depending on experience and scope $800/day minimum High earning potential due to strong patient flow, out-of-network fee schedule Benefits include CE support, malpractice, dental and more.
