We're looking for an Associate Dentist who is passionate about dentistry, values building long-term relationships with patients, and wants to continue growing professionally. Modern Technology Practice with the latest digital technology, including: PrimeScan & CEREC Same-Day Crowns CBCT 3D Imaging 3D Printing Solea Laser Dentistry Invisalign Implant Placement & Restoration Fully Digital Workflow Established Patient Base Loyal, long-term patients Strong hygiene program PPO & Fee-for-Service only (no Medicaid or HMO) Consistent new patient flow Supportive Team You'll work alongside an outstanding clinical team committed to helping you succeed. We value collaboration, mentorship, and continual learning. What We're Looking For Washington dental license Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred Excellent communication skills and a compassionate chairside manner Strong diagnostic and clinical judgment Commitment to comprehensive, high-quality dentistry Interest in growing clinically and professionally Schedule Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities available.
Our office hours are:
Monday-Wednesday:
7:00 AM - 5:00
PM Thursday:
7:00 AM - 12:00 PM Enjoy a three-and-a-half-day workweek with long weekends while practicing in a productive, well-organized office.
