Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive dental services tailored to pediatric patients, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and oral surgeries. Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging tools to accurately diagnose dental conditions and develop effective treatment plans. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality and safety. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to optimize patient comfort and procedural efficiency. Conduct thorough patient assessments, explain treatment options clearly, and communicate effectively with children and their guardians to foster trust. Maintain accurate medical records, document treatments thoroughly using dental terminology, and ensure compliance with state healthcare regulations. Qualifications Valid Wisconsin state license or eligibility Preferred certification from an accredited pediatric dentistry program. Proven experience in general dentistry with a focus on pediatrics; prior dental office or clinic experience is highly preferred. $275,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
