Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare organization in Wisconsin, is seeking a Dentist for a 40-day assignment starting Aug 31, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive general dentistry services, including hygiene procedures, with flexible scheduling options. The incoming Dentist will be integral in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to established organizational goals for treatment acceptance and daily production. Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients. Perform hygiene procedures as part of daily practice. Strive to achieve an organizational goal of 65% or higher case acceptance rate. Aim for an organizational goal of 30% or higher patient diagnosis for perio, including striving for 2 SRPs daily. Target an average production of $3000 minimum per provider day. Ensure a New Patient FMX rate of 50% or higher to facilitate comprehensive patient treatment.
