General Dentist | Hudson, WI | Full Time We're excited to share Birong & Severson & Associates are ready to welcome the right associate dentist to join our thriving practice. We're looking for an exceptional DDS who can step in, care for our patients, support our team, and help continue the culture we've built here. Severson Practice Details Daily Schedule :
Full Time (4+ days/week)Operatories:
4 fully functioning operatories with state of the art technology including a digital scanner, Digital Xrays, CBCT, implant and endo systems. Compensation & Benefits Relocation & Sign-On Bonus Available!Guaranteed Salary :
We provide a daily guarantee of $1,000 - $1,500 (based on experience) plus a quarterly bonus! The daily guarantee is indefinite & designed to support you as you build your patient base!Quarterly Bonus:
Earn a quarterly bonus of 32%-35%+ of your personal collectionsAnnual Continuing Education Allowance:
We are passionate about providing in-house CE & also offer a $1,500/year allowance for you to pursue CE outside of our team!Paid Time Off:
Receive up to 2 weeks of Paid Time Off and 2 Weeks of Unpaid Time Off per year! 401K w/ a 3% match! Monthly Medical Insurance Stipend to help offset the cost of healthcare expenses!Pay:
