This opportunity offers the ability to practice broad-scope dentistry in a supportive, team-based environment while serving a diverse and underserved patient population. Position Highlights 4-Day Work Week Option Available 36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hours Two-chair model with dedicated assistant support Strong patient demand and established scheduling Mentorship and leadership support available Collaborative, mission-driven team culture Sign-on up to $15,000 depending on experience and Relocation up to $5,000 Eligible for up to $50,000 in federal student loan repayment (2-year commitment) Practice Environment Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting Modern clinic with 11 operatories Digital radiography and panoramic imaging Integrated electronic dental software Diverse patient population with strong community need Mix of scheduled care and same-day urgent visits You will practice "bread-and-butter" general dentistry including: Restorative dentistry (fillings and crowns) Extractions Dentures and partials Preventive services Pediatric patients (age 2+) Treatment planning for higher-acuity cases Providers are encouraged to work within their comfort and competency, with support available for professional growth. Team & Support Structure Full dental assistant support (two assistants per provider model) Dedicated hygiene team On-site dental leadership Experienced practice management Established HR and credentialing support The organization is actively rebuilding toward a fully staffed three-dentist model, creating opportunity for stability and long-term growth.
