This modern clinical environment focuses on high-quality patient care and seamless surgical workflows in a welcoming community setting. Surgeons are fully supported by a comprehensive front office team and 2 to 3 experienced dental assistants depending on daily surgical needs.
The Role:
Location:
Rhinelander, WI 54501
Schedule:
10+ days per month starting ASAP; tapering to fewer than 10 days per month in October. Enjoy highly flexible day options.
Hours:
Flexible shift times tailored to scheduling preferences.
Patient Volume:
A steady, manageable pace of approximately 15 patients per day.
Clinical Scope:
Standard oral surgery procedures including bone grafting, extractions, PRF, and implants. Opportunity to introduce All-on-4 procedures to the practice, as well as some bridge work.
Tech Stack:
Open Dental charting, iTero and Trios 3 scanners, and NSK motors/handpieces.
Preferred Skills:
Interest or experience in launching All-on-4 treatment cases is highly valued.
Compensation:
Negotiable daily competitive pay rate, comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage, and negotiable travel/lodging arrangements. What is

Credentials:
Clear and active Wisconsin Dental License, plus current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and DEA certifications.
Onboarding:
Efficient 1-2 week fast-track credentialing and onboarding.
