Part-Time General Dentist Opportunity About the Practice We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice providing comprehensive general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry in a modern, comfortable environment. With over 50 years of combined clinical experience, the team is committed to delivering high-quality care using advanced technology in a relaxed, patient-centered setting. The practice offers a wide range of services, including preventive care, implants, extractions, crowns, and cosmetic dentistry, serving a strong and growing patient base. Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our thriving practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider to step into a high-producing office with strong new patient flow and clinical autonomy.

Team Support:
Full-Time Hygienists Dedicated Dental Assistants Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including: Exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges) Extractions and basic surgical procedures Endodontics and implant restorations (as comfortable) Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain clinical excellence and patient satisfaction Collaborate with the hygiene and clinical team to ensure efficient workflow Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active West Virginia dental license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently while being a team player Experience with implants or advanced procedures is a plus, but not required What We Offer Established patient base with strong new patient flow High-producing environment with excellent collections Clinical autonomy with support when needed Modern technology and fully equipped operatories Experienced support staff Opportunity to grow clinically and financially Ideal Candidate Patient-focused and relationship-driven Minimum of 3 years of experience
