Duties/Responsibilities:

Ability to apply a wide range of casting techniques in accordance with established practices Perform cast application and removal by verbally confirming with the patient before beginning the application Assesses patient comfort related to casts; assists with comfort measures Responsible for sanitization of instruments Cleans and stocks cast rooms and exam rooms Assists providers' clinical healthcare team as needed Maintain a safe clinical environment in accordance with all OSHA guidelines Responsible for performing tasks that are within the scope of his/her educational preparation, knowledge, and permitted local, state, and federal guidelines; and the policies of the facility requesting the services. HIPAA Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to work effectively within role independently and with other team members Working knowledge of orthopedic terminology and anatomy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail oriented with above average organizational skills

Education and Experience:
