Job Description:
You will be a part of the hemodialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with Bridge Dialysis policies, procedures, and training and compliance with regulations set forth by the corporation, state, and federal agencies. You will be responsible for the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines. You will also assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment, support the Bridge Dialysis Commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program, and their activities: Patient satisfaction and Process improvement. There will also be clerical and administrative duties assigned to you.Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- CCHT- certification
- Education and Training required by state.
- Previous Patient care in hospital setting or Dialysis Center
- Be able to complete the Bridge Dialysis training program.
