As a Dietary Aide, you will play an essential role in providing nutritious, high-quality meals to our residents while contributing to a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals according to approved dietary guidelines and recipes. Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet facility standards. Assist with meal preparation for special events and functions. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking supplies. Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Qualifications Previous dietary, food service, healthcare, or kitchen experience preferred. Knowledge of dietary restrictions and special diets is a plus. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
