DIETARYAIDE - FOOD PREP & SERVICE SUPPORT
Looking for a fast-paced, hands-on job with no late nights and a team that works together? We'd love to meet you! Harding Place is looking for a dependable, hardworking Dietary Aide to join our restaurant team. This position works behind the scenes to support our cooks and dining room staff, helping make sure every meal is prepared, plated, and served accurately and efficiently. You don't need to be an experienced cook, but you do need to be willing to learn, follow directions, stay organized, and do your part to keep the team moving. What You'll Do- Perform everyday food prep such as cutting, slicing, counting, measuring, and portioning
- Prepare and portion ingredients and menu items for meal service
- Work assigned food stations during service
- Accurately fill and plate orders as they are received from the dining room
- Pay attention to portions, presentation, and special order instructions
- Keep stations stocked, clean, organized, and ready for service
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
- Assist cooks and other team members with prep and service needs
- Help with cleaning and maintaining an orderly kitchen
- Jump in and help wherever needed to keep service running smoothly What We're Looking For Reliability and teamwork are a must. We're looking for someone who:
