Job Description
The Dietary Aide works under the direction of the Dietary Manager and perform a variety of dietary tasks including stocking food items, food prep and storage of unused unpackaged items, preparing, cooking and serving therapeutic meals, assisting in portion control, reporting on resident food and beverage consumption and cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, dining and utility areas. > Food Handler's Permit in Required Counties > Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain) > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English Haven Health is the largest rural healthcare provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation throughout Arizona.
