Sandstone Estates is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee dietary operations and help ensure our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals in a welcoming environment.

MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

5 or more years of food service or dietary management experience is required. Healthcare or long-term care experience is strongly preferred.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Daily Operations

• Oversee meal preparation, service, sanitation, and daily dietary operations. Ensure Compliance
• Maintain compliance with applicable health, safety, and dietary regulations. Menu Planning & Nutrition
• Coordinate with dietary and clinical teams to provide nutritious and appealing meals. Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise dietary staff. Budget Management
• Monitor food costs, inventory, ordering, and department expenses. Resident Satisfaction
• Work with residents and staff to ensure meals meet individual preferences and dietary needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of food service or dietary management experience•

REQUIRED

Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of dietary, sanitation, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing quality meals and an excellent resident experience
