Robust Employee Recognition Program The Role We are looking for a reliable Dietary Aide / Dishwasher to assist with daily kitchen functions. You'll help prepare meal trays, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure our residents receive excellent service.
What You'll Do Meal Service:
Set up meal trays and assist with serving residents.
Kitchen Care:
Operate the dishwasher, strip returned trays, and clean work surfaces/refrigerators.
Safety & Sanitation:
Monitor dishwasher temperatures/chemicals and keep floors swept and mopped.
Support:
Prepare snacks, put away groceries, and handle trash removal.
Teamwork:
Work in harmony with the Cook, Dietary Supervisor, and other departments. Requirements Ability to learn food service routines quickly. Strong cooperation and communication skills.
