Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Contract This opportunity is for an Interim Pharmacy Operations Manager at a 250-bed hospital in Northern California, available to start immediately for a 3 to 6 month assignment. This role requires a strong pharmacy leader with experience managing operations and leading teams in complex healthcare settings. Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of pharmaceutical care to ensure clinical, financial, administrative, and information systems functions operate efficiently. You will plan, organize, and coordinate workflow while hiring, training, and mentoring pharmacy staff. Collaborating closely with the Pharmacy Management team, you will serve as a key liaison with physicians and hospital personnel to maintain smooth communication and operational alignment. Additionally, you will ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations, leveraging both hospital and community resources to meet operational goals. When the Director of Pharmacy is unavailable, you will assume their duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
