As a Dietary Aide at Noble Care Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met and exceeded. Our mission at Noble Care Center is to become the preferred care provider in our community by building trusting relationships through rigorous and compassionate care. We are a 99-bed Skilled Nursing Facility serving the Stockton community, and we are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, delivery, and storage in accordance with established protocols and procedures Maintain a clean and organized dietary department, including the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces Assist with menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff members Work closely with the dietary team to ensure seamless meal delivery and service
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in food service or dietary aid role (training provided for the right candidate) Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Excellent communication and teamwork skills [Insert Salary here, e.g. $X.XX per hour] (salary to be determined based on experience)
