Job Description
Dietary Aide Shift needed 12pm-8pm Part Time with Rotating weekends! We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our dining services team in providing nutritious, high‑quality meals to residents. This role ensures meals are delivered in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while supporting resident comfort and well‑being. What You'll Do Assist in serving meals and beverages to residents, patients, and guests Maintain clean and organized kitchen and dining areas following sanitation and safety standards Deliver and retrieve meal carts, trays, plates, and utensils in a respectful and timely manner Support meal preparation, plating, and kitchen organization as needed Report supply needs to the appropriate supervisor Participate in ongoing training related to dietary procedures and resident needs Follow all food handling, infection control, and safety guidelines What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous food service experience preferred, but training is available Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude Basic knowledge of food handling, storage, and sanitation Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Why You'll Love Working With Us Daily Pay option available Competitive pay and benefits Supportive and collaborative work environment Training and development opportunities Opportunities for growth within the organization Mission‑driven culture focused on high‑quality, resident‑centered care Who We Are We provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
