Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain effective dietary programs and menus that meet the nutritional needs of patients and staff Manage and supervise a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and training as needed Conduct quality control measures to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Coordinate with healthcare providers to plan and deliver meals that meet specific patient requirements Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and budgeting Develop and implement nutrition education programs for patients and staff Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of dietary services

Requirements:

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification Minimum 0 years of experience in dietary management or a related field Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
