Day & Evening Shifts Available Aventura at the Bay is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team and help ensure high-quality meal service and a positive dining experience for our residents and patients. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Health Insurance Primary Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and service of meals. Prepare and set up meal trays according to tray tickets. Ensure diet orders, restrictions, and resident preferences are followed. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, dishes, work areas, and dining rooms. Qualifications Working knowledge of sanitary practices related to food handling. Ability to pass a Level II background check. What We're Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience working in a SNF as a Dietary aide. Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Strong attention to detail and time-management skills. Ability to read, speak, and understand English and follow diet orders and work assignments. Reliable work history with excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift/move items up to 20 lbs. Patience, understanding, and compassion when interacting with residents, patients, guests, and fellow team members.
