About the RoleAs a Senior Living Dietary Services Specialist, you ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious, delicious meals that enhance their quality of life. This position is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience in dietary services or food preparation who is committed to creating a positive dining experience for older adults.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve meals that meet residents dietary needs and preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Collaborate with the care team to accommodate special dietary requirements or restrictions.

Build meaningful connections with residents, fostering a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

ServSafe Certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred QualificationsExperience:
At least 1 year of experience in dietary services, food preparation, or a related field preferred but not required.
